Does any of this sound familiar?
You do not need to tick every box. One or two is reason enough to call.
- Confusion about time, place or familiar faces is increasing
- Medication is being missed, doubled or refused
- Wandering, or appliances left on, has become a safety concern
- Late-afternoon agitation is hard to manage
- The main caregiver is exhausted and will not say so
Two people need supporting, not one
Dementia care that only looks at the person with the diagnosis misses half the problem. The spouse or adult child holding it together is usually running on very little, and their collapse is what most often forces a move into residential care. We work on routine and safety for one, and on genuine relief for the other.
Who this is for
People living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia at any stage, and the families caring for them.

What your care plan covers
Adjusted as the condition progresses, without starting over each time.
Predictable daily routine
Consistent structure through the day, which measurably reduces confusion and agitation. Predictability does more than most interventions.
Home safety adaptation
Reducing wandering, kitchen and fall risks without turning a home into an institution. The changes should be barely noticeable.
Behavioral technique coaching
Teaching families how to redirect and de-escalate rather than correct. Arguing with a symptom never works and everybody loses.
Scheduled respite
Regular cover so the primary caregiver can sleep, work, or leave the house without arranging it as an emergency.
From the first call to the first visit
Four steps, no surprises, and nothing billed before you have seen the plan.
1.Call us
Tell us what has actually become difficult. No forms first, no commitment, and no obligation at the end of it.
2.We assess at home
A nurse or therapist visits and looks at how you really live — your stairs, your bathroom, the medication on your counter.
3.You see the plan
Written around your recovery, your insurance and your schedule. We verify your coverage before anything begins.
4.Care begins
On a set schedule, with the same people wherever we can, and someone reachable at any hour.

This care is delivered under Joint Commission accreditation

Common Questions
Yes. Dementia care is a distinct skill set — communication, redirection and de-escalation are learned techniques, not just patience.
That is extremely common and we plan for it. Introducing a caregiver gradually, in a defined role, usually works far better than presenting it as care.
That is the intention. The plan is reviewed and intensified as needs change, so the relationship does not have to restart at each stage.
Yes. Overnight and weekend cover can be scheduled, which for many families is the difference between coping and not.
